According to the irregular classification
series of FRP grating often used, the FRP grating series can be roughly divided
into the following categories:
The so-called non-slip performance can be
better reflected in the FRP grating cover, such as gritted cover grating, chequre
plate cover grating etc.
The surface of FRP grating cover can be smooth surface, non-slip gritted
surface or non-slip chequre surface, the thickness of grating cover is
generally 4.0mm, also can be produced according to customer's size, the cover
grating is often used in areas requiring confinement, used in sewage treatment
facilities, which can prevent corrosion and gas spillage, the cover grating
with non-slip surface can also be used as ramp, manhole cover, trench cover.
2. Conductive FRP grating
FRP grating itself belongs to the insulator, not conductive, not thermal conductivity, but in some specific occasions, the FRP grating also has the requirements of conductivity. The specific method of operation is to add a graphite layer with a thickness of about 3~5mm on its surface to eliminate the danger of static charge generation. Conductive grating also has the same characteristics as traditional FRP grating, such as corrosion resistance, flame retardant, impact resistance, anti-slip, light weight, etc. It is suitable for oil refineries, arms manufacturing plants, high-tech industries, computer rooms, chemical fiber plants, dry areas and underground mineral mining operations, etc.
