The acid-filled batteries are placed in the
battery cradle, and the battery cradle is transferred to the designated shelf
of the charging rack by the conveyor line and the mobile lift trolley
transition, and the tray is manually pushed to the designated position for
charging by the sliding action of the sliding bar.
After charging, the battery swing tray is
taken by manual and pushed to the mobile lifting trolley through the sliding
action of the fluent strip, and the battery swing tray is converted to the
conveying line through the transition of the mobile lifting trolley, and the battery
swing tray on the conveying line is converted to the designated shelf of the
stationary sorting rack through the transition of the mobile lifting trolley.
The battery pallets on the conveyor line are converted to the designated shelf
of the static sorting rack by the mobile lifting trolley.
After sorting, the batteries will be pushed to the mobile trolley by the manual through the activity of the fluent strip, and then the battery trolley will be transferred to the conveyor line through the transition of the mobile trolley, and the battery trolley will automatically enter into a layer of buckle valve rack in two rows on the conveyor line. The batteries on the battery swing pallets will be taken off one by one and placed on the conveyor line to the next process.
