From August 29 to 31, the 16th China (Jiangsu) International Wind Power Industry Development Conference was successfully held in Rudong, Jiangsu. With 15 years of experience in producing offshore wind fiber-reinforced composite platforms, we have established a comprehensive management framework that encompasses all processes—from design refinement and production planning to tracking, programming, grid formation, cutting, milling, and composite processing. The dimensions and hole placements of Shirui’s composite platforms are precisely executed using fully automated CNC equipment in accordance with the provided specifications, ensuring high efficiency, accuracy, and smooth finishes. As of December 2023, we have successfully supplied over 4,000 sets of FRP composite platforms for offshore wind power projects around the globe, culminating in a total installed capacity of 22 GW.
